1. Rider Agreement

 

This agreement applies to all riders. By booking and boarding, the customer agrees to all rules, safety requirements, and financial terms below.

Payment Policy - Deposit Requirement

• A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking. ( Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, Credit/Debit Card)

• Booking is NOT confirmed until the deposit is paid.

 

Remaining Balance

• The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the pick-up location before departure.

 

Overtime may be added (pending availability).

 

General Rules

​

• Follow all instructions from the Grandstar driver.

• Respect the bus, décor, and equipment at all times.

• No aggressive, dangerous, or disruptive behavior.

• Keep all body parts inside the vehicle.

• No tampering with lighting, sound systems, screens, or emergency equipment.

Alcohol & Substance Policy

 

• Champagne may only be consumed by guests 21+ with valid ID.

• No underage drinking allowed.

• No illegal substances permitted.

• Excessive intoxication may end the ride without refund.

Safety Rules

 

• No standing or dancing while the bus is moving.

• No blocking aisles or emergency exits.

• No throwing items or horseplay.

• Seatbelts must be used when available.

 

Damage & Cleaning Fees

 

The booking party is financially responsible for all damages.

 

Standard Fees:

 

• Cleaning fee: $150+

• Vomit fee: $250 minimum

• Damage fee: Cost of repair + labor

Charges may be applied to the card on file.

​

Time & Scheduling Rules

​

• Ride covers the exact hours booked.

• Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments.

• Extra stops must be approved by the driver.

• Late arrivals shorten ride time (no refunds).

 

Prohibited Items

 

• Weapons

• Fireworks or open flames

• Drugs or drug paraphernalia

• Unauthorized glass

• Outside speakers or equipment

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations receive no refund.

• Grandstar may terminate a ride with no refund for:

   

  • Violence or fighting

  • Underage drinking

  • Drug use

  • Property damage

  • Unsafe or abusive behavior

SHUTTLE SERVICE AND TOURS

Shuttle Service - Airport Pick Up, Point-to-Point, etc.

Tours $60 per per - Approximately 3 hours

(Tours can be tailored to your guests)
